However, most mobile devices lack the computational capacity to apply SR for all tiles in real time. To solve this problem, we utilize linear interpolation, which requires much less computational overhead. We develop a system that adaptively selects the most suitable downloading strategy, whether interpolation, SR, or ABR at the appropriate bitrate, for each tile to maximize user QoE while considering bandwidth limitations and computational constraints of mobile devices.
