The boys made it! They climbed the highest peak in Colorado, Mount Elbert! It was a tough climb but they made it! Amazing! Mount Elbert is in Leadville Colorado and is known as the Gentle Giant, but don't let that nickname fool you. Mt. Elbert is a tough summit. It has 2 false peaks (apparently the first is pretty devastating) and is almost completely above treeline. The base of Mt. Elbert runs with the Colorado Trail so the boys got to hike a portion of the Colorado Trail too! Also, Jared gives a tour of their unique Airbnb in Frisco, Colorado. I absolutely love Frisco and this Airbnb is a bit of a famous spot around there. Don't miss it!
