I was lucky enough to enjoy a perfect, British afternoon tea at their flagship tearoom in the Victorian spa town of Harrogate. It was silver service in beautiful tea pots filled with Betty's own blend of tea. And as for the tiered platter of goodies ranging from finger sandwiches to scones and cakes - watch this video to see quite how divine this tea was as well as to get a glimpse of Harrogate itself. Honestly, Harrogate is as wonderful as the tea itself. There's a stunning park (Valley Gardens), there's antique shopping and there's an AWESOME vintage shop called SPACE. Plus there's Turkish Baths and a Pump Room, a reminder that in Victorian times this was a thriving spa town.
