Smoked Burgers on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 Elite 3/4-1 Pound of Ground Beef Lawry's Seasoned Salt Split the ground beef and make 2 super larger burgers. Add Lawry's Seasoned Salt to the entire burgers and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Turn the Pit Boss on and let it get fully started up. Ensure Temperature is set to "S" and change the "P" Setting to 5 and press the Smoked Mode button to add even more smoke taste. Grill evened out between 175-180 Degrees, put on the burgers and let them smoke for 1 Hours. Cranked up the temperature to 250 degrees to finish off the cook. Let the burgers keep cooking and flip the burgers over about every 5-10 minutes until you have an internal meat temperature of 165 degrees.
