Zone 7 Motocross - Warmup laps and day-ending crash

Today I tested out the GoPro with my helmet mount and I am so happy with the footage. This was my opening warmup laps so they are a bit rusty and slow at the beginning as I check the track out. At the 14:45 mark, I get cross-rutted doing the triple, double, double in the rhythm section, ran out of talent, and came off hard. The GoPro snapped off so there are some close-up shots of the dirt for a few seconds before some kind people helped me out and get me back to my car. Thank you to EVERYONE that helped me today. It really means a lot! A trip to the ER and I have body bruising. An MRI found out that I tore my MCL, LCL, ACL, and Meniscus in my left knee. Surgery with a hamstring graft means that I am off the bike until the end of the year sadly.
