The whole toboggan run Hrebienok Starý Smokovec

It is February 13th, 2020 and I decide to go to Poprad for some shopping. I ride a bus from Liptovský Hrádok over villages and had a small talk with the bus driver. It is a very beautiful and sunny day. I arrive at the Poprad around lunch and beautiful weather motivated me to go to High Tatras (Vysoké Tatry) which are just a few minutes away. I bought a ticket on TEŽ ( Tatras Elitrificate Railways) and Ride the train to Starý Smokovec. Because I was at the High Tatras many times and that's why I go directly on the funicular which broth me to Hrebienok. In summer is very nice to walk and is possible to go also with a stroller on the closed service road. I visited an exposition of the cathedral and statues made from ice. For returning to Sarý Smokovec I rent slides end enjoyed long sled. Other information: the train station is right beside the bus station just a minute by walk and Train cost only 1,50€ for adults and a half for children, day ticket only 4,00€ adults. For more information check the links lower. The price of the funicular ride is 9,00€ during the working weekdays 11,00€ during the weekends. One way used to be cheaper. Children 6,00€ (week), 8,00€ (weekend) and seniors 8,00€ (week), 9,00€ (weekend). During the winter season, you can visit a cathedral and statues made from ice. The entrance is free. From Hrebienok in the summer season, you can hike on the mountain cottages and on the mountains on marked paths. For returning to the Starý Smokovec you can ride again a funicular or in winter you can rent slides, in summer scooter. Possible like all-day activity.
