Boot into OOWOW by holding the 'function' (middle) button and pressing 'reset' (right) button 2. Connect your ethernet cable and/or continue to set up Wi-Fi 3. Select the image for Home Assistant. It will look similar to "vim1s-ha-supervised-debian-11-minimal-linux-5.4-fenix-1.5.1-230623.img.xz" 4. Select "Download" 5. Now select "Install" 6. Select "Reboot" twice to reboot the system andait for the system to boot up fully. 7. Once booted, you may see it continue like this, however this can be ignored. (Press CTRL+C or 'Enter') You can login with the default Khadas login: Username: khadas Password: khadas Make sure to type this without any capitalisation. 8. Home Assistant will immediately begin setup after first boot. Access it via a browser after a few minutes at (try both) HOSTIP:8123 or homeassistant.local:8123 You can find out your HOST IP by running: ip addr show Look for your network adapter such as 'eth0' or 'wlan0' and underneath it will be an IP address such as '192.168.0.100'. If you need to set up Wi-Fi, do this by running: nmcli dev wifi rescan nmcli dev wifi list nmcli dev wifi connect "your network name" password "your network password" ip addr show For security - make sure to change the default Khadas login password, update Home Assistant if available and set up 2FA also.
