TARLess is a novel activation time mapping technique that eliminates the need for a spatially stable time alignment reference (TAR) [1, 2]. In this video, TARLess propagation maps for the following cases are compared with the gold standard maps utilizing TAR: ID# 914: A 75-year-old female with a history of typical and atypical atrial flutter underwent a catheter ablation procedure. Mapping of the right atrium was performed during the flutter episode, revealing a source posterior and superior on the right atrium at the junction of the superior vena cava. ID# 35: A 74-year-old female with a history of atrial fibrillation, typical, and atypical atrial flutter underwent catheter ablation. Mapping of the left atrium was performed during left atrial appendage pacing. ID# 233: A 64-year-old male with a history of atrial fibrillation, as well as typical and atypical atrial flutter (AFL), underwent catheter ablation. Mapping of the left atrium was conducted during AFL. ID# 903: 67 years old male was presented for catheter ablation. The left atrium was mapped during the left atrial appendage pacing. ID# 904: A 64-year-old male underwent a catheter ablation procedure. Activation time mapping was conducted in areas of the right atrium experiencing collision during simultaneous pacing from the distal Coronary sinus and ablation catheters placed at RAA.
