The pleasant sound of the humidifier was soothing and a fond memory for many. This vintage humidifier by Hankscraft was recorded to bring back these memories for a relaxing ten hour listen. The Process A vintage humidifier was acquired and recorded in the studio using a high quality audio recording chain: AKG mics, API mic pres. This sound was mixed and imported in to the video editing program. A mid-century style bedroom was custom created in Blender and the humidifier inserted.
