The maple syrup season is coming to an end, and in this video I’m collecting the final maple sap of the year here on the farm. As the weather warms up and the sap run slows down, it’s time to pull the last of the sap and wrap up another season. Maple season isn’t just about making syrup — it’s about community. Every year, our neighborhood helps each other with this process whether it’s hauling sap, running the reverse osmosis machine, or stopping by to lend a hand around the evaporator. These few weeks remind us how important it is to work together and share the process with the people around us.
