Tennessee Adventure: Prentice Cooper State Wildlife Conservation Area; Amazing views and fun trails

I took my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to the Mountains around Chattanooga, Tennessee, and did a little bit of exploring. I roamed around looking for some great views. It's been at least twenty years since I've been back up to the Prentice Cooper Forrest, but it is truly another lesser known gem around Chattanooga and south East Tennessee. Many of the trails were closed, but it was Christmas Day. Where else can you get picturesque and amazing views from scenic overlooks without all the safety ropes, rules, and tourists. There is even a public range and public hunting grounds. There's even a spring to top off your water bottles or water your horses! Bring a Jeep, an ATV, a dirt bike, mountain bike, a good pair of hiking boots, or you can even bring your horses. Just don't leave anything other than your tracks! Over the Years, we've lost so many great trails in Tennessee due to erosion caused by reckless off-road driving and littering! Remember to Tread Lightly so the next generation can enjoy them too!
