Excited to share our process for managing broker number 6's tasks! Open her Chrome profile and open the following bookmarks: • Harvest Time Tracker • Google Sheets • Slack • Calendly • Admin emails under Broker number 6’s company email The 2 tasks we handle on behalf of this insurance broker are following up on her underwriting and call her clients for reviews. Once we start our time tracker, we will tackle the underwriting. Underwriting requirements can get lost or delayed longer than necessary if not followed up on. Weekly, we will go into the underwriting spreadsheet and follow up with the insurer and politely push them until we get the process moving forward. This could include the client as well. Calling for reviews involves a spreadsheet of the renewals; we will work through the list calling for appointments. We have access to her Calendly so we can see when she is available to meet with the client. Once booked in, it will sit in her calendar. This adviser is on a casual contract, so when the work comes in, that is when we get it done.
