Tap Pet Hotel offline mod (testing version)

I was looking at the decompilation for Tap Pet Hotel and it was fairly easy to have working offline since the game supports it and it's mostly just a feature flag. Of course, some things are still broken (for example I had to make a quick hack so the tutorial doesn't bother you about visiting other hotels forever, and to disable some anti-cheat stuff that might cause problems) and a lot of assets that would be downloaded from the long dead server are missing, but despite these things it's playable. That being said if anyone thinks they still have the missing assets on an old device, please dump them!
