Finding Pfam's protein families data in the InterPro website

Pfam is a large collection of multiple sequence alignments and hidden Markov models covering many common protein domains. Together with twelve other resources, it is part of the InterPro member database consortium. After 20 years of good and faithful service, we have decided to retire the Pfam website. We are still planning to do Pfam releases and the data will still be available through the InterPro website.This webinar aims to ease the transition from Pfam to InterPro by showing different ways to search and access the Pfam annotations in the InterPro website. Who is this course for? This webinar is suitable for any student or researcher in life sciences who is interested in accessing Pfam data. No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level knowledge of biology would be useful.
