Compact, efficient and versatile - the Gecam GE65 deburring machine leaves nothing to be desired. In this video you can see the Gecam GE65 in the Gecam GE65 RXR version. "R" stands for a grinding belt unit and "X" refers to a grinding station with deburring discs. The Gecam GE65 RXR has a conveyor belt width of 650 mm. In the first grinding station, the Gecam GE65 RXR uses a grinding belt. With this fabric belt, the Gecam GE65 RXR removes the primary burr of the workpiece. In the next pass of the Gecam GE65 RXR, the workpiece hits station "X" - the deburring disc station. With eight boeck Quick 155 deburring discs in the Green Edition, the secondary burr of the workpiece no longer stands a chance. Boeck deburring discs of the Green Edition grind with softer abrasive fleece than the standardised Brown Edition and are therefore also suitable for sheets with protective foil.
