TO MAKE: I thaw most everything in the refrigerator overnight --Red Beans & Rice: If in aluminum container, dump into a glass or plastic container and heat in the microwave until warmed through. --Fried Rice: If in aluminum container, dump into a glass or plastic container and heat in the microwave or a wok until heated through. --Pizza (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 425F and bake for 15-20 minutes. --Pot Pie: Thawed-Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 25-30 minutes. Be sure to cut some vent slits in the top. From Frozen: Bake at 350F covered for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook another 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. --Baked Ziti: (Thawed) Preheat oven to 375F and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. --Pizza Bowls: (Thawed) Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 15-20 minutes or you can air fry at 400F for about 8 minutes.
