Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos: / @yumrecipes Servings - 3 INGREDIENTS (For Dough) Wheat flour - 250 grams Oil - 2 tablespoons Water - 130 milliliters (For Chatpata Masala) Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds powder - 1 teaspoon Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon Maggi masala - 1 teaspoon (For ) Wheat flour - for dusting Ghee - for brushing Prepared masala Onions - 50 grams Dry fenugreek leaves - 2 tablespoons Coriander - 2 tablespoons Ghee - for brushing PREPARATION (For Dough) 1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams wheat flour, 2 tablespoons oil, 130 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough. 2. Rest the dough for 20 minutes. (For Chatpata Masala) 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well. 2. Keep aside. (For ) 1. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour. 2. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 3. Brush it with ghee and sprinkle some prepared masala on top of it. 4. Top with some onions, dry fenugreek leaves and coriander. 5. Fold it from both sides and roll it into a cylindrical shape. (See Video) 6. Cut it into 3 equal pieces. 7. Place one piece on another and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 8. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides. 9. Brush it with ghee and cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides. 10. Remove it from heat. 11.
