Hi, my name is Greg. I'm new to this whole van life video thing but I'm giving it a go. Today I'm Visiting some of Fresno County's $5 Day Use Parks, Winton Park and Lost Lake Recreation Area. Got kicked out of Winton Park because I forgot to bring cash, credit cards not accepted. Fresno County has around a dozen different Parks and Campsites. Some of them cost $5 for the whole day. For more information visit www.co.fresno.ca.us WINTON PARK is located at 6017 Piedra Rd, Sanger, CA. It is just west of Pine Flat Lake, along the Kings River, picnic areas, barbecues and plenty of fishing spots, but NO SWIMMING, the current is too strong, people have died in the river along this area. LOST LAKE RECREATION AREA is located at 16385 N Friant Rd, Friant, CA, along the San Joaquin River just south from Millerton Lake in the shadow of the Friant Dam. Lots of picnic tables, barbecues and fishing spots along with a full campground facility, $22 for campsites on a first come first serve basis.
