Turbine manufactured by Coppus, 100 hp, 3345 rpm, with a Browning speed reducer, Power Match model, driven by a 100 HP 3/60/230/460 volt, Seimens motor. The MVR has 6 product passes, with a total of 24,700 SqFt, 2" OD tubes x 15m long. TVR finisher has 2 product passes with a total of 1870 SqFt, with 2' OD x 15m long tubes. Complete System includes (6) pass pumps; Vacuum system with (3) liquid ring vacuum pumps; and (1) 304SS seperator for surface condensing of the non condensables; (2) GeoFlex plate heat exchangers ; and (1) APV 50 sq. ft plate heat exchanger; (2) 50 sq. ft. filters; and (1) Alfa Laval spiral heat exchanger. Other attractive features of this equipment are: Sanitary design of calandrias, CIP, and Control Equipment compatable with a DCS, Automated product density control and Surface condensing system. This system is designed to operate in an outdoor location.
