(Dan Karlin) The Commissioners will consider the submittal of a federal fiscal year 2027 Congressionally Directed Spending Request Application to Senator Sheehy in the amount of $1,554,500 to fund the design and right-of-way acquisition needed for the Lake Helena Drive/Hauser Dam Road Project. No match is required. b. Task Order B107 Between Lewis and Clark County and Great West Engineering. (Dan Karlin) The Commissioners will consider the task order with Great West Engineering to complete a Preliminary Engineering Report and assist in submitting a Montana Coal Endowment Program grant application for the Birdtail Road over Flat Creek Bridge near Augusta, Montana, in an amount not to exceed $38,000 with work to be completed by May 31, 2027. c. Grant Application to the State of Montana Historic Preservation Office. (Pam Attardo) The Commissioners will consider the grant application to the Montana State Historic Preservation Office for the Certified Local Government Grant Award in the amount of $6,000. The grant period is April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. d. Resolution 2026-13 Calling for a Local Election for Lewis and Clark County.
