Although you won’t find him behind a counter with a cleaver, he still thinks of himself as following in his family’s footsteps with Ivy Farm Technologies, a food tech company creating the future of meat. Russ is an engineer, having studied at Loughborough University before completing a PhD in biomedical engineering at Oxford University.
