[Recorded 24/6/2025] After other things hadn't gone to plan earlier in the day, this particular afternoon was spent checking out the lifts at the two retail parks in Inverness. Here's some clips I filmed during our visit to what I would consider the bigger retail park! We start with a revisit to Next and its no longer quite as dark Oakland lift that is very slow when going down! It runs pretty much as it did last time so at least it's consistent! We then go on to one you haven't seen here before, New Look's lift! Serving a Starbucks on the upper level, this Koneric hydraulic features some very cool rare Stentorgate floor announcements! Also has a decent sound when going up and you can see out of the gap in the doors which open on the store level! We finish off with the lovely not-quite-a-platform-lift at River Island which is just being itself with its strange sounds as per usual! On this visit I noticed some protective covering above the doors that someone forgot to remove when the lift was installed!
