She celebrated him at 40… and now it was her turn. ⁠ When Femi called to hire me for his wife’s surprise 40th birthday, just two years after she hired me to plan his, I didn’t blink. That’s what we call full-circle friendship and client loyalty, and I’m so honored to be trusted again to bring another milestone to life.⁠ ⁠ Planning for a long-time friend like Titi meant I could truly infuse her style, grace, and elegance into every detail. Femi gave me a budget and her top 3 must haves and let me run with it! ⁠ 📸 Her iconic 40th photo shoot (captured by none other than her husband, the one and only @bomaonephotography) inspired the design—from enlarged framed portraits to photo cutouts to menus and signage’s infused with her images sprinkled throughout the room. ⁠ 🎶 We turned up with a live interactive band, DJ Expression, and a curated open bar by @kitchenkandy, plus an Afro-infused mocktail station for that cultural flair.⁠ ⁠ 🍽️ Guests raved over the delicious African cuisine by @tandkhospitality, while heartfelt speeches from her kids and loved ones reminded us why we do what we do, which is to create spaces where love, legacy, and laughter collide. ⁠Titi, you are loved.
