Support this channel on Patreon!   / carbontwelve12   Hey guys, in this video I'll show you how I was able to obtain around 2.73 L of anhydrous ethyl alcohol or ethanol, which is an extremely important reagent in chemistry. This is still not for consumption though, and make sure you be careful because this is quite flammable. Also make sure you abide by local regulations. This was nothing short of amazing, despite it taking over a hundred hours to finish running and lasting throughout a month, I was actually pretty satisfied to have obtained such a decent yield. Extracting ethyl alcohol (anhydrous) from sanitizer is in my opinion, one of the best ways to get it because it is always denatured when bought online.
