For a brief moment the calm river reveals something immense — an ancient creature resting silently in the shallows, its crystal shell reflecting the forest light. The Wanderer steps closer to the riverbank, curiosity overcoming hesitation. The creature remains still as the Wanderer gently reaches out and touches the ancient shell. For a moment, the forest itself seems to grow quieter. Some guardians of Eldenveil do not fear travelers — they simply watch as the world continues around them.
