Today I'll be testing out some @ranchogordo white runner beans, but any dry white bean you soaked* will work fine. Put the dry beans and about 4 cups water into your electric pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Manually release the pressure, drain the quick soaked beans and rinse them, set them in a bowl and clean the inner liner.
