With V2, Octahive gets to partake in all the advancements Beetronics have made with their designs and switching options, all while preserving the tones you loved with V1. Controls include a powerful Pre knob that adjusts the signal before the fuzz, a helpful parameter for dialing in super clear and clanging octave up sounds or for thickening up the heaviest of riffs. The two modes Buzz and Octave are now footswtichable and here’s the cool thing: you can choose to toggle between modes by double tapping the footswitch, hold the switch in either mode to momentarily toggle or hold the switch when bypassed to momentarily blast into either mode until you release it. Like others in the Babee series, the Octahive V2 is housed in a compact metal enclosure with knobs at the back and is handbuilt in California.
