Todays pencil of choice is one that I've been asked to check out quite a few times. The very affordable, very VERY pretty 72 set of the Woomer Coloured Pencil! Woomer is a relatively recent brand coming out of China just a few years ago and really only currently available online. The are vibrant, saturated, surprisingly affordable and did I mention a very pretty pencil? All that aside, are they actually any good?
