Gin 3 Dashes Juniper Bitters* Add ice and shake Open pour into glass Garnish with Mint (I added this, not in the recipe) *Juniper Bitters: In a dasher Add Angostura Bitters 3 drops of Juniper Extract* Stir to incorporate *Juniper Extract: In sealable jar Add 200 grams Juniper Berries 200 ml. 95% Ethanol (Everyclear) Let sit for 24 hours Strain into bottle Greg's Druzhesky: Build in shaker Add 1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice .5 oz. or 15 ml. Black Currant Liqueur (Creme de Cassis) .5 oz. or 15 ml. Cherry Liqueur or Cornel (Ginja Rossio) 2 oz. or 60 ml.
