This syrup and milk dessert, which is quite easy to prepare, offers a feast of flavor with its cotton-like cake and the milk syrup poured on it. Moreover, it is impressive in terms of both flavor and visuality thanks to its top layer covered with whipped cream. Let's go to the kitchen to try this syrup and milk dessert that has won the hearts of dessert lovers! For 6-8 people Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes Pyrex dish used: 20 x 28 cm. Ingredients 4 eggs 4 tablespoons of sugar (90 g) 4 tablespoons of semolina (70 g) 4 tablespoons of flour (80 g) 1 package of baking powder 1 package of vanilla For the syrup; 2 cups of milk (400 ml) 5 tablespoons of sugar For the top; 1 package of powdered whipped cream 1 package of cream (200 ml) Cracked hazelnuts Preparation First, let's put 4 eggs and 4 tablespoons of sugar in a suitable bowl. Let's beat with a mixer until it turns white and foamy. Let's add 4 tablespoons of semolina, 4 tablespoons of flour, 1 package of vanilla and 1 package of baking powder to the bowl and continue beating. Let's pour some oil into the baking dish we will use and grease it with a brush. After transferring all the dough we have prepared to the baking dish, let's leave our cake to bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven without a fan setting. While the cake is baking, let's put 2 cups of milk and 5 tablespoons of sugar in a suitable pot for the syrup. Let's heat the milk by constantly stirring until the sugar melts. The sugar will melt, you don't need to boil it. Let's poke holes on the cake we took out of the oven with a toothpick so that it absorbs the syrup better. After letting it rest for about 5 minutes, let's pour the warm syrup we prepared on the cake that has reached its first temperature. Let's let our cake rest until it absorbs the syrup and cools. In the meantime, let's add 1 pack of powdered whipped cream to 1 pack of liquid cream for the top and beat it with a mixer until it thickens. Let's transfer the whipped cream we prepared onto the cake that has cooled down well and spread it all over with a spatula. It is important that the cake has cooled down well, otherwise your whipped cream may melt. Finally, let's sprinkle hazelnuts on it, put it in the refrigerator and let the dessert rest for a few hours. Our milky syrup dessert, which has cooled down completely, is ready to serve. You can serve it after slicing it into the size you want. Enjoy your meal!
