Pineapple Filled Cookies Came across this recipe while doing some research work for a project, made a few changes so that I can make it more accessible to everyone, the end result is fantastic, I have made sure that these are not sugar sweet but have a nice balance of savor & natural sweetness. Each element of this recipe complements the other & I will definitely be making a second batch soon.
