I finally tried the at home food sensitivity test from EverlyWell. For years, I've struggled with stomach issues including IBS and being nauseous on and off almost every day. I thought this was just normal since I'd been dealing with it for so long. Then a few months ago, I started having terrible breakouts and rashes on my face and couldn't find a cause or a solution.
