In today’s video I’m sharing my easy weekly meal prep using simple ingredients and lots of flavor. This is a realistic, no-stress prep that makes eating during the week so much easier. On the menu this week: • Ground turkey with fajita-style veggies • Italian marinated chicken • Steamed vegetables • Rice I prep all of these items separately and mix and match them throughout the week instead of eating the same exact meal every day. This keeps things interesting, helps prevent meal prep boredom, and makes it easy to dish up whatever I’m in the mood for as the week goes on. These meals are high-protein, balanced, and beginner-friendly, perfect for busy weeks when you still want to eat well.
