Come along with Cha on a scenic solo ride along the Marvin Braude Bike Trail (The Strand) — one of the most beautiful coastal routes in Los Angeles! 🌊 Started Sunday ride at George Freethway parking lot in Redondo, biked south to Torrance, then cruised north past Redondo Pier, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and all the way to Dockweiler Beach. The trail was full of life — runners, surfers, walkers, and cyclists — all enjoying the calm coastal breeze and good vibes. Along the way, you'll see: ✨ Stunning beach views 🚶‍♂️ Busy walk zones near the piers 🦭 A surprise sea lion sighting 🚲 The unique Tour de Pier cancer fundraiser in Manhattan Beach 🌴 RV parks and beach detours 🥤 Energy gel breaks and real-time route decisions 📍 23.33 miles total — a little over the goal (18-22 miles), but totally worth it!
