Kish, who has worked in several professional kitchens and is chef/partner of Austin’s Arlo Grey restaurant, explains how filming her National Geographic show, “Restaurants at the End of the World,” gave her a fresh perspective on food and cooking. Kish traveled to remote restaurants in Brazil, Panama, Norway and Maine and learned from local cooks and ingredients. Chef Kish also talks about handling conflicts in the kitchen and her cooking journey post-"Top Chef” win.
