First up is the legendary Guinness Storehouse, where I learn about the history of Ireland’s most famous drink and enjoy the incredible views from the Gravity Bar. After that, I visit Kilmainham Gaol, one of Ireland’s most historic prisons, which played a huge role in the country’s fight for independence.
