Mahashivratri special | 26 Shiva मंदिर Khardah | महा शिव रात्रि का व्रत | एक दिन की उपासना का महत् ——————————————————————————- भारत के पश्चिम बंगाल के उत्तर 24 परगना जिले में कोलकाता के पास स्थित खरदाह में 26 शिव मंदिर, भगवान शिव को समर्पित मंदिरों का एक उल्लेखनीय समूह है। ये मंदिर हुगली नदी के तट पर स्थित हैं और भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण, कोलकाता सर्कल के तहत संरक्षित स्मारकों के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त हैं। मंदिर परिसर खरदाह बस स्टैंड से लगभग 1.5 किलोमीटर, खरदाह रेलवे स्टेशन से 2 किलोमीटर और कोलकाता हवाई अड्डे से 19 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। 26 शिव मंदिरों का निर्माण 19वीं शताब्दी की शुरुआत में रामहरि बिस्वास और प्राणकृष्ण बिस्वास द्वारा किया गया था, जो उस समय खरदाह के जमींदार थे। ये मंदिर न केवल पूजा स्थल हैं, बल्कि वास्तुकला और सांस्कृतिक विरासत के महत्वपूर्ण उदाहरण भी हैं। इस परिसर में स्थित मंदिर(आठ छतों वाली) वास्तुकला शैली का अनुसरण करते हैं। प्रत्येक मंदिर में केंद्रीय देवता के रूप में एक शिव लिंग है। इन मंदिरों की दीवारें लताओं, फूलों, आलों और प्लास्टरवर्क से अलंकृत डिज़ाइनों से सजी हुई हैं, जो उनके सौंदर्य को बढ़ाती हैं। Khardah, located in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal near Kolkata, is a historic and religious site.
