The mathematician is trying to solve the problem of love, while the physicist and the musician must work out how to make a life and a family together. An expertly woven, nonlinear drama about time and love, Infinity is inspired by scientific concepts of time while remaining grounded in the very human predicaments of its beautifully drawn characters. Sarah Jean, Elliot, and Carmen grapple with the tensions generated by dividing time between the competing demands of love, responsibility, anxiety, and ambition. Their intertwining stories make for an illuminating, funny and shocking play about love, sex and science. With a cast and creative team representing the finest of Cork’s theatrical talent, this Irish première production of Infinity is not to be missed!
