RAMAZAN ✨ SPECIAL BREAD CHICKEN POCKET RECIPE EASY AND DELICIOUS RECIPE| Bread Chicken Pocket Recipe 🍗🥪 A bread chicken pocket is a crispy snack made with bread slices stuffed with spicy chicken filling and fried until golden Perfect for evening tea or as a party snack 📝 Ingredients For Chicken Filling 1 cup boiled & shredded chicken 1 small onion (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream (optional) 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional) For Pocket 6 bread slices 3 tbsp maida (flour) + water (to make paste) Oil for deep frying 👩🍳 Method Prepare filling In a bowl add shredded chicken onion green chilli ginger-garlic paste spices salt coriander leaves mayonnaise and cheese Mix well Prepare bread Cut the edges of bread slices and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin Fill the pocket Put 1–2 tbsp chicken filling in the center of the bread slice Seal Fold the bread into a triangle or rectangle pocket and seal the edges using maida paste Fry Heat oil in a pan and fry the pockets on medium flame until golden brown and crispy Serve Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney ⭐ Tips You can add mozzarella cheese for a cheesy pocket For a healthier optionb air fry or shallow fry instead of deep frying Add capsicum or sweet corn for extra flavor ✅ If you want I can also share Bakery style chicken bread pocket recipe Chicken cheese bread pocket (extra crispy) Without frying – tawa bread chicken pocket
