Westminster Canterbury Richmond, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that began in 1975, turned to The Vectre's YourTour platform to assist with their current expansion called Vibrancy. This new expansion adds four new hybrid apartment buildings with 76 residences and a new connected apartment building called Vitality Apartments with 42 new apartments. That building is part of the Vital Living Center which is chock full of new amenities focused directly on lifestyle. Their new Vibrancy sales process kicked off during COVID and they began to use YourTour to with initial conversations with prospects via screensharing platforms. As the pandemic eased, in-person sales conversations occurred and YourTour was the critical sales tool that helped this sales team exceed their goal of deposits on all 118 residences by 6 months. With local prospective residents, it was very helpful to utilize YourTour over Zoom or Teams to share the same information with their adult children that lived outside of the Richmond, Virginia market. Feedback from prospects was overwhelmingly positive. They were very impressed by the depth and ability to see the entire community - not just the new expansion - in complete context. Senior Sales Counselor Pat Harris shared, "The fact that they can see all the different areas and parts of the community without having to get up and walk through the community helps them to narrow down some of the spaces that they want to see. The availability of pictures with our residents just gives them a 'homey' feel." Laurie Hemler, Senior Sales Counselor, added "I really felt like the interactions with the clients was more professional and more streamlined. YourTour was a real game changer for having a cleaner experience with my clients. It was really important to have a way to explain all of this to a client without them getting flustered." The community also engaged with Love & Company for sales consultation. Sales consultant Genie Heer believes YourTour helped to add credibility to the project. "Often times that's one of the challenges that prospects have... 'How do I know this is really going to happen?'. The investment that the community made in YourTour helped to reinforce the credibility of the project. The professionalism of having the product to roll out the expansion gave prospects a level of confidence to make that deposit."
