Damian J Project's latest spinoff is an online Cooking Show called "Quarantine Cuisine" that takes place live from The Jazz Kitchen in Miami, Florida. This particular programming promotes making the best of what you have in your kitchen during these difficult times of #coronavirus and #quarantine The show DOES NOT have a recipe. Quarantine Cuisine focuses on meager dishes made from humble ingredients from a novice home cook, the SAXCHEF. This show is not intended to be a professional cooking show, only a means for survival during a time when shopping at the grocery store or supermarket presents a high risk for people contracting #COVID-19 . Quarantine Cuisine is for a limited time only as we hope to get back to performing jazz live like before. Meanwhile keep tuning in for all of our spontaneous, random experiments in the kitchen. Today's pilot episode features our version of #cornbread made with cornmeal. It used the following items for its creation: -cornmeal -evaporated milk -egg whites -white sugar -pink salt -onion powder -italian seasoning -mozarella cheese -unsalted butter -baking powder -flour Oven was set to 350 degrees farenheit and our pan was sprayed with oil and used parchment paper beneath the breads for easy extraction. Watch us create something beautiful in the Jazz Kitchen and make the best of a bad situation. We took our time with this initial episode since time is what have most during this quarantine....
