In this video I tear down and re-build a brand new 2023 cannondale Habit Carbon trail-bike, that the folks at my favorite local bike shop https://www.chainreactionga.com ordered for me and allowed to pick up in the box, since I’ll tear it down completely anyways and rebuild from the ground up with my own components. I chose the 2023 cannondale Habit Carbon 2 in XL for this, sinceI love the look of the all black carbon frame without any crazy, loud graphics. Rear shock stroke was bumped from 210x47.5mm (130mm travel) to 210x55 (140mm travel) & Fork is set at 150mm essentially turning this frame into the Habit LT. Do you like how this turned out? Yes? No?
