This is Episode 4 in our Berlin to Helsinki Series Our month in Białstok surprised us with all of the museums, culture, art, and concerts, many of which were free. As always, we enjoyed some of the most amazing food, patries, and coffee. The regional food was particularly notable because it was quite different from other foods we have tried in Poland.
