Bloxxer difficulty is really hard. Fewer save points and less souls dropped by enemies. Sagat's health seems to increase EVEN MORE in this difficulty. Either that or the Upgrade 2 gun is trash compared to Upgrade 3. Since the game has changed the way that souls drop, you can't rejoin the game to refresh the souls of enemies and so you're stuck with an Upgrade 2 gun for the boss. Parry has been changed to that you are forced to time it in order to parry. I found this to be a pretty reasonable change except for when trying to parry Sagat's Tiger Barrage attack at 4:49, it is extremely precise. I also spent an hour or so trying to kill the new Dominator enemy with melee only. Some attacks are straight up unparryable including the one where he flashes gold and counter attacks you. Only managed to get him around half hp before giving up.
