XO-L Lemon Basil Shrimp Elote Salad Ingredients: Lemon Basil Arugula Salad Kit Red Argentinian Shrimp Mexican Style Roasted Corn *Assemble salad kit, reserve dressing. Cook Corn in microwave according to package directions. Thaw shrimp, and sautee on medium high heat until cooked through. Assemble salad, corn, and shrimp, Drizzle dressing over top. Crockpot Mediterranean Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup Ingredients: 1.5 lbs raw chicken breast 4 cups chicken broth 1 container Mediterranean style orzo pasta salad Juice of lemon Feta cheese crumbles *Place chicken and broth in crockpot for 8hours on low. Shred chicken and return to broth. At time of serving add pasta salad and mix. Top with fresh lemon juice and feta cheese. Bruschetta Chicken Pasta Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin bite size pieces 1 lb of pasta 1 jar Trader Joe's Bruschetta mix Balsamic Glaze Parmesan Cheese Basil *Cook pasta in boiling water. Saute chicken in a frying pan until seared. Add Bruschetta mix and 1/4cup water to chicken, and simmer until cooked through. Plate pasta, cover with chicken bruschetta mix, top with parmesan, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze. Creamy Alfredo Chicken Gnocchi Ingredients: 1 package Cauliflower Gnocchi 1/2 Jar Limone Alfredo Sauce 2 Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausages 2 cups baby spinach Parmesan cheese *Cook Gnocchi in air fryer at 350 F for 8-10 min. Slice chicken sausage into bite size disks. Saute sausage. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add 1/2 jar of sauce, and a splash of water to sausage and spinach mixture. Stir until all combined. Top gnocchi with creamy sausage and spinach mix. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
