Pork Tenderloin Medallion with Peppers Onions and Mushrooms, white wine , Montreal pork spice, basil , oregano , thyme, rosemary , olive oil ,1 red orange and yellow peppers, 3 onions , one can sliced mushrooms. forks size pieces, so l divided them in 2 equal batches . sliced pork in to medallions , made 2 batches, added all those spices as well as olive oil spiced both sides. let sit for a hour ( or longer ( had 2 frying pans going high heat for a few minutes then turned it down to medium heat , fried both sides , then added some white wine, once the wine cooked down l removed from frying pan. put in the veggie in the paraded a bit of olive oil , more of the spices . those up , when they were almost done l put it on high heat then threw in some wine to glaze the veggies. threw it all in the container, stirred it up, let it sits fir a while , heated up the rice throw veggies and pork 9n the rice...mmmmm you dont have to make the rice get some crusty buns and make yourself a nice bun dont have to add anything.
