This part of building a house takes time. Planning, brainstorming, waiting for engineering, talking to neighbors, gathering rough bids, etc. The importance of all this can not be overstated. Someone is going to live with these decisions for a long time so do everything in your power to make sure you are doing things right. In this episode we have received the soils report back from our geo technical engineer, and discuss our plan to correct the slope and soil issues.
