Abhishek Gupta, Deputy Commissioner of Police said that three persons had been arrested and produced before the court and further investigation is on, everything is going according to the law and everything is done.As per the police sources report arrested persons has been identified as Apu Bauri (21), Firdos Sekh (23), Sekh Reajuddin (31), and Sheikh Sofiqul. After the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital incident, a second-year medical student from IQ Medical College in Durgapur has been gang-raped. The survivor, a resident of Odisha, was assaulted after being dragged into a nearby forest on Friday night. Her statement has been recorded, and she is currently receiving medical treatment. The complaint has been filed against a Muslim man named Wasif Ali and his associates. This repeated failure of law and order exposes a disturbing pattern under Mamata Banerjee’s administration.
