HOW TO CLEAN WINTER WHEELS | An Obsessive Clean of my TSW Sprint/Nokian Hakkapeliitta Winter Setup

#GARAGE #DETAILING #WHEELS 𝗣 𝗥 𝗢 𝗝 𝗘 𝗖 𝗧 𝗢 𝗩 𝗘 𝗥 𝗩 𝗜 𝗘 𝗪 Most people wouldn't spend the better part of a weekend preparing their winter wheel setup up for seasonal storage, so I guess I am not like most people. This video showcases the work that went into erasing the months of winter abuse suffered by my 20" TSW Sprint wheels. Even though I do a decent job of maintaining my wheels during the winter months, they were in dire need of attention. A clean with P&S Brake Buster followed by a mild polish was all that was necessary to return the gloss of the gun metal finish. A liberal application of "Wheel" by NV will enhance and protect the finish of the wheels as they move into their fifth rotation of service. The tires were thoroughly cleaned with Brake Buster and the stones embedded in the tread were painstakingly extracted using a thin straight blade driver. The process ate up a significant slice of my weekend, but it always feels good when the time comes to install a pristine set of winter wheels and tires on my SQ5.
