When I put this one on an extreme edge angle during the super deep heelside carves that I'm putting my elbow down on, the board is doing a lot more movement than you see on my latest board... I'm basically almost positive that is a function of me just trying to force it into a larger carved turn than the natural sidecut radius of it want's to do (I'm positive the average of the 'spread' between the smallest radii and largest, is less than my 13m board)... thus weird things happen when tilting it to an extreme and forcing it into a bigger carve. It'd be cool as heck to try this exact board with something like a 13-19m VSR (variable sidecut radius) and see how smooth those big laid out carves could be. The 'spread' itself might contribute to that some too when the board is fully tilted on edge, but I think it's primarily just the smaller radii vs. the turn shape I'm forcing it into that is causing that. (you can see it on the deep heelside carves primarily in this case, the toeside ones where at lower speeds). Hope that makes some sense for those who are interested in some technical aspects of what was happening during the extra deep turns. :D And along those lines, also less 'pop' out of turns (probably primarily due to the dampness of the board), but also a VSR (especially with those of a larger 'spread') just isn't going to give the same 'slingshot' out of a turn that a fixed radius sidecut will.
